Tsumura Makoto, born in Hokkaido, Japan, is a voice actress (seiyuu) currently affiliated with D-Color, since October, 2008. She was part of Ezaki Production (江崎プロダクション) between 1991 and 1993 and was part of Mausu Promotion, after it renamed from Ezaki, between 1993 and 2007.
